即使没有“疏解人口”政策,中心城区的高生活成本自然而然会抑制人口流入,同样的道理也适用于中心城区的外围,外围的外围。认为“城市(特别是中心城区)会被挤爆”纯粹是多虑了。
世界上没有一个国家的城市管理者会以嫌弃人口太多为己任,除了中国。由于中国的生育率已经接近世界最低(有学者认为已经是谷底),当哪天城市变得无人问津时,不知道城市管理者是会笑还是会哭。
