box-sizing: border-box; clear: both; min-height: 1em;"> 根据咸宁市教育局《关于做好我市正常开学各项准备工作的通知》精神，为切实做好全市幼儿园今年秋季学期开学各项准备工作，确保9月1日开学平稳安全有序，现将有关要求通知如下:</p><p style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0); box-sizing: border-box; clear: both; min-height: 1em;"><strong style="max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box;"> 一、精准落实防控措施。</strong>严格落实市防指和教育局关于疫情防控的各项措施要求，特别是要全面掌握师生行程轨迹和健康状况，提前制订开学返园工作方案，做好开学防控各项工作。师生入园须提供满14天健康状况监测记录，8月15日后返赤师生需提供48小时内核酸检测阴性证明，并交幼儿园留存，各园均不得擅自提前开园。</p><p style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0); box-sizing: border-box; clear: both; min-height: 1em;"><strong style="max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box;"> 二、规范办园招生行为。</strong>幼儿园不得设学前班，不得提前教授小学课程内容，不得布置读写算家庭作业。小班招收幼儿必须年满3周岁，开办托班必须取得相关职能部门行政许可。各园招生不得超出学前股核定的办园规模，平均班额不超过30人，小班不超过25人，中班不超过30人，大班不超过35人。</p><p style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0); box-sizing: border-box; clear: both; min-height: 1em;"><strong style="max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box;"> 四、全面排查园舍安全。</strong>园舍维修改造工程要确保开学前完工，验收合格后方可投入使用。新投入使用的设施设备要确保环保达标。开学前要对园舍、围墙等进行全面检修加固，确保消除安全隐患，对生活和教学设备进行全面检修, 确保正常运行。</p><p style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0); box-sizing: border-box; clear: both; min-height: 1em;"><strong style="max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box;"> 五、严格执行收费政策。</strong>公办园按不同办园等级核准的收费标准进行收费，民办园按在发改、教育部门报备的收费标准进行收费。保教费、伙食费分开开具票据，不得一并收取。落实收费公示制，各幼儿园要在园所正门醒目处常年公示本园收费公告(含收费项目、收费标准、收费依据和投诉电话等信息)，接受社会监督。</p><p style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);
