这个交通部门应该好好反思。居民为何要翻越栏杆？这本就是一条周画路南北两边互通的主要人行通道，更何况还有周边居民唯一的菜市场在周画路北，此前此路口不仅可以行人通行，机动车也可以在此调头。曾经的6路车就是在此往返。而在2022年春节从临时封闭人行通过到春节后变为永久阻隔，让道路两边的居民往返多绕一公里的距离（从嘉鱼路口至营里巷两端），这是便民措施还是难民措施？至于给出的解决方案，说什么在适当时机建人行天桥，这不更是胡扯吗？要建人行天桥，也应该是选在陆水湖大道的嘉鱼路口，而不是在周画路口。应该在嘉鱼路口至营里巷中间，至少要开通一个可以国道两旁的居民可步行往来的通道，而不是让民民绕行。给居民添堵的事，不做。
