font-size: 17px; text-align: start; text-indent: 2em; line-height: normal;"><span style="box-sizing: border-box; max-width: 100%; list-style: revert; font-size: 16px;">一、严禁非法制造、买卖、运输、邮寄、储存枪支、弹药、爆炸物品、弩；严禁非法持有、私藏枪支、弹药；严禁非法使用、私藏爆炸物品；严禁盗窃、抢夺、抢劫、走私枪支、弹药、爆炸物品、弩；严禁非法携带枪支、弹药、爆炸物品、弩进入公共场所或者公共交通工具；严禁通过互联网等渠道违法违规制作、复制、发布、传播含有枪支、弹药、爆炸物品、弩的信息；严禁制造、销售仿真枪。</span></p><p style="margin-top: 8px; font-size: 17px; text-align: start; text-indent: 2em; line-height: normal;"><span style="box-sizing: border-box; max-width: 100%; list-style: revert; font-size: 16px;">六、鼓励、保护广大人民群众积极举报涉枪支、弹药、爆炸物品、仿真枪、弩等违法犯罪活动、提供违法犯罪活动线索，动员、规劝在逃涉枪涉爆涉弩等案件犯罪人员投案自首。凡举报有功的，按有关规定给予奖励，公安机关将依法保护举报人的个人信息及安全。对窝藏、包庇涉枪涉爆涉弩等违法犯罪分子，帮助违法犯罪分子毁灭、伪造证据的，依法追究法律责任。对威胁、报复举报人、控告人的，依法从严追究法律责任。</span></p><p style="margin-top: 8px; font-size: 17px; text-align: start; text-indent: 2em; line-height: normal;"><span style="box-sizing: border-box; max-width: 100%; list-style: revert; font-size: 16px;">七、严禁使用枪支、弹药、爆炸物品、仿真枪、弩等从事非法娱乐游艺活动。玩具制造企业不得生产、销售外形、颜色与制式枪支相同或者相似，或者枪口比动能大于0.16焦耳/平方厘米的玩具枪。广大人民群众在购买玩具枪时要选择正规企业生产的产品，不要购买无生产厂家、无许可证号、无产品标志、来源不明的玩具枪，不要购买仿真枪、火柴枪、水弹枪和仿真手雷、炸弹等易于造成危害的物品。</span></p><p style="margin-top: 8px; font-size: 17px; text-align: start; text-indent: 2em; line-height: normal;"><span style="box-sizing: border-box; max-width: 100%; list-style: revert; font-size: 16px;">八、本通告所称枪支包括：军用枪、猎枪、射击运动枪、麻醉注射枪、气枪、彩弹枪、火药枪等各类制式枪支、非制式枪支及枪支零部件；弹药包括：以上各类枪支使用的制式、非制式弹丸；弩是指以机械外力助推箭的发射装置。爆炸物品包括：炸药、雷管、导火索、导爆索、震源弹、黑火药、烟火药、手榴弹、地雷等各类爆炸物品以及列入易制爆危险化学品名录，可用于制造爆炸物品的危险化学品。</span></p><p style="margin-top: 8px;
