做做样子就可以了 报废是直接报废到专门收二手的车哪里是吧，循环利用 怎么都是重复登记的？ 这么多无牌的车…… 生产合法，购买合法，上路不合法！说报废就报废，先扣留，再要求自愿报废，最后不行强制报废！天大的法律不外乎人情！！！ 电瓶三轮车国家没个月规定上牌也没个月规定要驾照凭什么扣留报废？ {:250:} 看评论
